Looking east, toward the rising sun, the opportunities of each day shine bright. Yoga teaches us to make the most of every day – to laugh, do a good deed, experience nature, share with others, breathe, stay healthy and strong, be honest, and even cry. Stacey believes in living each day to its fullest. The practice of yoga provides a mindset to do just that. After practicing yoga for many years, she decided to get her teaching certification first under the guidance of Ruth Hartung (Sraddhasagar) the Director at 7 Centers Yoga in Sedona and then at Mount Madonna Institute, founded by Baba Hari Dass, a master yogi. She began teaching in late 2016 conducting workshops and providing private instruction. She is passionate about sharing the full benefits of yoga as a way to build physical strength and grace, handle stress, increase self-confidence and uncover the many possibilities in life.
